Spring Track Meeting – Wednesday, January 29 – 7:00pm High School Cafeteria

There will be an informational meeting on Wednesday January 29th for all parents and athletes that are interested in participating in High School Track this Spring. The meeting is for anyone in grades 9-12. It will be in the High School Cafeteria beginning at 7pm. If you cannot attend, please contact the following coaches: Girls –

   Athlete of the Week May 13 – May 19 – JANIYAH MALONE (JR) – Track & Field

  “Janiyah continued her outstanding performance in championship races dominating the 300 hurdles in the District Championship for the second year in a row. She beat her District Championship time from 2018 by a full second! Janiyah also qualified 3rd in the 100 meter hurdles. She will run both events in the Regional Championships this week


  Congratulations to these Varsity Track athletes for their performance in the District Track meet which qualifies them for the Regional meet May 22 and May 24 at Wayne High School. Jasmine Kennedy—Girls High Jump–2nd and Girls 100 hurdles–2nd Janiyah Malone–Girls 100 hurdles–3rd and Girls District Champion in the 300 hurdles (Two time defending District Champion in the 300 hurdles)


  Congratulations to Sophomore, Jasmine Kennedy who earned First Team GMC with her 1st place in the GMC Championships in both the 100 meter hurdles and the High Jump.
