Winter Cross-Country Team conditioning

Anyone interested in participating in voluntary winter conditioning for Cross-Country to prepare for the 2016 season please contact Coach Pierce at david_pierce@cinfin.com to obtain a training schedule. The training calendar provides a guide on conditioning to do on your own as well as the days we meet as a group.

  Congratulations to junior Zach Birdsall who finished 10th in the State Cross-Country meet with an all-time State championship time for a Fairfield Cross-Country runner of 15:35 breaking the record held by John Dixon in 2002 of 15:39.
